Aitopkit Scores: How We Rate AI Tools

Aitopkit Scores are editorial ratings out of 100. They exist so readers can compare tools at a glance — and so tool makers can see exactly where they stand and what would move their score.

How the score works

Every score is the sum of four editorial criteria, each judged from the tool's public documentation, pricing pages, and real user reports:

• Output quality (30): how good the actual results are — logos, images, or text — compared with rivals in the same category.
• Ease of use (25): how fast a new user gets a good result, and how much skill the tool demands.
• Value for money (25): what the free tier genuinely covers, and whether paid plans are fairly priced for what they deliver.
• Support quality (20): documentation, help resources, and how the company handles problems.

Scores are never sold, rented, or adjusted for any commercial partner. A sponsored placement is labeled Sponsored and sits in a clearly marked position — it does not raise a score, and a tool that refuses to pay is never scored lower for it. Design.com appears below with an editorial score like any other tool; its sponsored placement in our image generators list is separate from this score. Our full testing policy is on the how we test page.

Scores published so far

Scores are added as tools are reviewed. More categories follow — this table grows with every new review.

Are you a tool maker?

If your tool is listed here, claim your listing — it is free, and it lets you correct details, add screenshots, and display our "Featured on Aitopkit" badge on your site. Claiming a listing never changes a score: scores move only when the product itself changes and we re-review it.

Want a dedicated review or a sponsored placement? See advertise with us — sponsored content is always labeled, and it never buys a score or a ranking.
