Presentations.AI announced on October 31, 2026 that it has expanded into AI sales enablement: revenue teams can now generate prospect-specific sales decks from one approved master deck and connected customer records, then keep those decks current automatically as business data changes. The company, an AI-native presentation platform backed by Accel and Together Fund, says the workflow connects Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive records to selected content, with reporting sources including Looker, Tableau, Snowflake and BigQuery.

The pitch is control as much as automation. Decks are built from approved masters rather than generated from scratch, changes pass through three approval modes — final sign-off, slide-level approval or full review — with version tracking and audit records, and output is an editable PowerPoint file, not a locked PDF. Salesforce-stage triggers and scheduled or on-demand refresh mean pricing and pipeline slides update without a rep rebuilding the deck before every meeting, though refreshes consume ten credits per slide, including unchanged slides.

A developer API is part of the same launch, priced at $0.01 per credit with a typical slide costing ten credits — $0.10 per generated slide — and a 50% launch discount for three months, bringing the reference cost to $0.05 per slide. For sales teams, the honest test is not the demo deck but the data underneath it: if CRM records are stale or masters are unapproved, an automated deck faithfully reproduces the mess. If the data is clean, this is the rare AI launch that removes a real weekly chore.
